Q&A Manager

Question and Answer Manager manages all questions asked by users and answers they received from other users. This consists of following sub menu:

Question Category - This lists name of all categories to which questions can belong and an action button to perform the action. Action button can be used to edit/delete the corresponding category. Click on |> sign related to category which is to be edited/deleted. This coverts to @ sign and shows Right sub menu with two buttons 'Edit' and 'Delete' to edit or delete the corresponding question category.

User Management

Admin can create new category by clicking on 'New' button at the bottom of the list.

List of Questions

  • Question
  • Username who upload the question
  • No. of answers received.
  • Category of the question
  • Status of the question enable/disable
  • Date of Insertion of question

Action button to access question. |> This sign, corresponding to any question, shows that the right sub menu can be used to view/edit/delete this question while @ sign shows that corresponding question cannot be edited/deleted/viewed till you click on this action button and change it to |> sign. Right sub menu allows to :

  • Edit corresponding question.
  • Delete corresponding question.
  • View corresponding question.

Featured Answers - This lists answers given by user, name of the user who has written the answer, status of the answer, featured or un featured, date of insertion and allows to perform any action on corresponding answer. |> sign is used to perform edition or deletion of the corresponding answer from the right sub menu.

Question Report it - Lists question which is reported as spam by any user. It also shows no. of reporters who report this question as a spam. Admin can view and delete the question permanently.

Answer Report it - Lists answer which is reported as spam by any user. It also shows no. of reporters who report this answer as a spam. Admin can view and delete the answer permanently.
